Dear Mr. /Ms

 My name is Gwen Foster. I am the President and CEO of the End Zone Club Youth Program. The End Zone Club is a youth program that addresses the academic and character development needs of K-12^th grade students. We have three sites in the Greater Cincinnati area. Our program was formed in 2001 to assist Hamilton County Public Schools in raising the graduation rates in high school and in college. We have served over two-thousand youth and adults during these nine years. We are graduating 100 percent of our students from high school. Ninety-two percent of our students graduate from a 4-year college or university. Our ACT scores are consistently in low 20’s, which are much better than the norm. We are working to reduce the dropout rates and prison population.
